The fast, easy, and low-cost way to connect a PC, digital video recorder, or video splitter to a VGA monitor at distances of up to 590ft (180m) away.
This allows the monitors to be easily installed on a security professional’s desk while the video devices are locked securely in a separate room. The connection is done via low-cost Cat5e/6 shielded twisted-pair cable (or better) with shielded RJ-45 connectors.
  • 12VDC power adapter included.
  • Transmits VGA signals from personal computers, digital video recorders, video splitters, or similar video sources with a VGA output to CRT or LCD monitors or VGA projectors.
  • Extends VGA range to 590ft (180m) @ 640x480 resolution.
  • Gender changer available CA-1D1DQ
  • Works with video signals of up to 1920x1440 pixel resolution.
  • Uses Cat5 or Cat5e/6 shielded twisted pair or better instead of heavier, more expensive VGA cables.
  • Sold in pairs: One for the video source, one for the monitor.
  • Small size, only 4-3/16"x2-15/16"x7/8" (107x75x22 mm).
