With the SECO-LARM Electromechanical Mortise Lockset, a door can be unlocked by an access system or opened manually with the door levers. It can be locked or unlocked by key and the inside or outside levers can be independently locked or unlocked. It is field-selectable for fail-safe or fail-secure operation and field-configurable for right- or left-handed, in- or out-swing doors. It uses a standard lock cylinder for easy replacement should you need to re-key the lock.
