Please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out RMA form to receive an RMA number for Repair / Replacement*.
  2. Email the completed form to [email protected] to obtain an RMA number.
  3. After receiving the RMA number, please download and print this form and include a copy in the package being returned. Keep a copy of this form for your records.

*SECO-LARM will repair or replace items that are under warranty at SECO-LARM’s discretion.
Please check to make sure the
product is still under warranty before returning to SECO-LARM.

All SECO-LARM products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship while used in normal service for either a period of: one (1) year, two (2) years, three (3) years, five (5) years, or for the lifetime of the product. Please check the warranty of the individual product to determine the exact warranty period. This Limited Warranty begins from the date of sale to the original consumer customer. SECO‑LARM’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective part if the unit is returned, transportation prepaid, to SECO‑LARM. This Warranty shall apply only when the product is used and/or installed in accordance with the instructions and good industry practices. This Warranty is void if damage is caused by or attributed to acts of God, physical or electrical misuse or abuse, neglect, repair, or alteration, improper or abnormal usage, or faulty installation, or if for any other reason SECO‑LARM determines that such equipment is not operating properly as a result of causes other than defects in material and workmanship. The sole obligation of SECO‑LARM, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to replacement or repair only, at SECO‑LARM’s option. In no event shall SECO-LARM be liable for any special, collateral, incidental, or consequential damages for (i) breach of any of the provisions hereof, including, without limitation, provisions regarding warranties, guarantees, and/or indemnities; or (ii) any claims by the purchaser concerning the goods or their use, including, without limitation, claims for loss of goodwill, loss of profit or revenues, loss of use, costs of removal, installation or reinstallation, personal or property injury of any kind to the purchaser or anyone else, theft of or damage to the protected area or its contents, and/or any inability on the part of the consumer purchaser to use the equipment. This Warranty is not an insurance policy against loss. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, or arising by law, custom, or conduct, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. The SECO‑LARM policy is one of continual development and improvement. For that reason, SECO‑LARM reserves the right to change specifications without notice and without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
