Unit fails to accept a new user/duress code/card
  • Ensure the User ID assigned is between 0 and 997 for users and either 998 or 999 for duress codes/cards
  •  Ensure the user code is between 4~6 digits long and not already assigned to another user
Unit fails to respond to a programmed
