I have added a third party IPC to my NVR via the ONVIF protocol. The camera is online but does not display video to the NVR. What could be wrong?

Answer:

1. Check the video encoding format of the third party camera. Currently the ONVIF protocol does not support the H.265 encoding format.
2. Check whether the third party camera has an ONVIF enable switch and enable it if that has not yet been done.
